2Face Will NOT Sue Icon Weekly After all, ICON Apologizes for “FALSE” 2Face Give (Impregnates) Banker Belle Story

Okay AML people, by now you should begin getting familiar with the pattern and practice of how lawsuits or threatened lawsuits in Nigeria work and resolve themselves. Name means everything in Nigeria’s entertainment market and the society there, clearly. So, where it is tarnished, people go through whatever lengths to have their name cleared. One easy way to do that is to threaten to file a lawsuit or actually file one.

2Face is being positioned for stardom on the Western front and while he has six kids by three women, he is now married, is trying to brand himself as the forerunner/ambassador for artists rights and also a businessman. All that running around and impregnating different women is now a liability to his personal and music brand. It is not attractive to investors and not attractive for an African man/musician trying to have global clout and relevance.

Good to see him clean up nicely and have the right team, it appears, on his side to propel his brand.

See you all this Friday unless interesting news stories like this pop up in my inbox before then.
