One of the things I really love about K-Pop music beyond the quality of the songs they produce has got to be the excellent music videos they churn out. They always have a story to tell and the visuals are so powerful. It is no wonder even America’s music industry continues to watch South Korea’s industry like a hawk.
The song and music video ‘When I look at Myself’ is the work of one of South Korea’s hottest music producer duo called Duble Sidekick. The team made up of Park Jang Geun and Chance solicited the help of Singer Kim Tae Woo to convey the powerful emotions a man goes through during a heartache. Check out the vocals, the lyrics and the overall musical arrangement. The texture of the video, synchronization and transitions is definitely one to emulate in Nigeria’s music industry as we push to raise the bar in the quality of music and music videos we churn out.
I am completely feeling it.
Check on it folks.
