Speaking of PR, am I the only one noticing the more pronounced branding efforts by Naeto C on his Cerious Music Record Label? The co-branding with Storm Records sort of creeped upon us. But now, it really is in our faces, partly, I think, because the Cerious music logo got a face lift that really makes you pay attention i.e. Naeto C’s signature fila (hat) and glasses simply cannot be missed. So, I am curious, what’s the “P” on Cerious Music Record Label? What’s the relationship with Storm Records at this time? There is such an in your face push on the new label but the press releases are silent as to the evolving relationship between Naeto C and Storm Records.
Obi, Naeto, please feel free to explain your co-branding efforts in a release or feel free to drop a comment.
In the meantime, I am loving all that Naeto C is putting out there, as usual. One thing I like about Naeto is that he takes his time to produce music and when he does, his body of work is usually onpoint. ‘Blessings’ at the beginning of last year that he released with Asa was a big favorite of mine. I listened to that track everyday for months, literally. Then of course 10/10 and so many other hits. You take that and add his ever forward thinking fashion statement and slang terms and it is no surprise he stays relevant in the music game, all with seeming ease.
Check out his latest musical works.
I like the music video below. The black and white contrast creates a very chic tasteful video and the fashion model choices aint bad either.
His just released Tony Montana (Bad Pass) track which I received yesterday is also on point. Watch and listen below folks.
