Bravo! Davido Graduates Babcock University

DavidoGraduatesUniversityDavido sets a great example for industry artists as he graduates today from Babcock University, a Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) prestigious university in Lagos, Nigeria.

What makes his graduation admirable is the fact that he is a record label owner, he has had a very hectic tour schedule around the world as a popular artist, yet he managed to discipline himself to obtain a university degree. Indeed impressive. I think his mother (RIP) would have been very proud of him. She was a Babcock University lecturer.

Congratulations Davido. Now it is time to put that degree to good use in the entertainment industry.

By the way, because it is an SDA school (I am SDA), it is no surprise graduation ceremonies are held today, on a Sunday.
