Happy new week AML people! What’s good?
I wish you all a great and blessed week as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday here in the States.
Folks, we are in our second week of no podcast shows, but no worries.
I wanted to give the show a bit of a tweak on the presentation end, primarily because I now begin to directly talk to our fellow American industry colleagues and artists. I should be wrapped up and ready to go this week and anticipate sharing an AML “grande” exclusive with a seasoned insider who managed one of the most powerful American bands that ever liveth, soon. Stay with me and please be patient.
This week, all I feel and hear is music. Last week was so much focus on the legal drama but we always gotta get into the music. So, let’s get it started shall we?
This young lady is one who I have known and covered via way of my magazine Ladybrille as a fashion designer. I am impressed with her vocals as she makes her debut into music. Enjoy.
Cheers,
Uduak
“Omatu Fulani is a trained singer, songwriter and dancer. The name “Omatu” is of Nigerian-Igbo origin, she is half Nigerian and half Austrian, born in Vienna/Austria. She attended the Vienna Conservatoria (school of Music) and parallel the Vienna fashion school (Modeschule Hetzendorf). Shortly after, Omatu founded the contemporary fashion brand Fulani.
The multi talented piano player got most of her musical influences from R.Kelly! Her soulful and classic RnB voice has a huge recognition value. Her laid back style accompanied by Hip-Hop beats, composed and produced by Mez makes a catchy tune. Omatu is positioned to enchant audiences with her soulful music.”
“This song is about addiction and the relationship between us human beings and our most powerful addiction, which is Love. This thought or lets say fact inspired me to write this song.
