A few things:
1. Moving forward, I will make this a monthly progress report.
2. My new goal now that I have attained the consistency of going to the gym, and also staying fit and it has become a habit, is to focus on getting a crazy i.e “sick” and very strong upper body for now. The traps, delts, back muscles, abdominals, the biceps, triceps et al.
3. It feels so freaking good to be back on track and feeling almost completely my old self. I find a direct correlation to extreme and high achievements in my personal and professional life when I am on my fitness game.
4. The nutrition is on as well.
MY INSPIRATION: FROM WITHIN! Often we look outside and to people to inspire us but really all we need to do is look within. These days I having been looking, and finding inspiration from within myself and it feels sooooooooooooooooo good!!!!
CURRENT STATE OF MIND:
Every blow life gives, I will give two back. Anyone and anything in my way of success both personal and professionally simply cannot succeed. I am a force that cannot be stopped. I believe in me. I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me (Phillipians 4:13) and really that is all there is to it.
I AM NOT PLAYING WITH YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU AND DEFINITELY NOT YOU! ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET! I’M GETTING IT! SO GONE!
