Tana Adelana on her Fall in the Television Industry, and What it Took to Get Back Up

Christaina Nkem Adelana popularly known as Tana Adelana is currently one of the most sought-after actresses in Nollywood. In fact, a few days ago, she won the Best of Nollywood Best Actress Awards for her role in the movie ‘Body Language.’ But before her current rise, Tana was a popular television host until she lost it all and sank deep into depression.
