Toni Payne reopens public relations company, expands services to include event production

Toni Payne, known more for her work as a beauty and public relations entrepreneur, took a break from the entertainment industry for a while but now she is back. Payne who managed 9ice, Onyeka Onwenu, and Olamide, among other artists, during her break, relocated back to the U.S. from Nigeria and worked as a creative writer and voice over personality. A few days ago, she announced the reopening of her public relations company and expansion of services.

“As many know, we have earned the title as one of the best out there 👑 and by super Popular demand (my email, inboxes and trusted confidant can now rest ooo lol) we are back bigger and better for all your International PR needs,” said Payne in an Instagram message shared a few days ago.

“I’ll be announcing our latest clients via a press release on our website ToniPayneConcepts.Com ! Or follow us on iG @tpconcepts Thanks for all the love and support – I guess it’s back to carrying 3 phones around 😅”

It’s good to see Payne back. She successfully managed 9ice and led him to global recognition. Indeed, she has come full circle and I think her timing is impeccable. There is still a major unmet need in Hollywood for publicity and event production services for African artists. I think her agency can easily fulfill that role given her prior history pre-9ice and Nigerian/African artists and prior to her relocation to Nigeria.

AML people, very interesting times ahead in the music and entertainment business. There is almost a clear sense that 2017 is all about the business side of showbiz for the African creative and its professionals (in the diaspora and on the continent).

Below is the description of her agency:
