Video | 2Face Takes Us Back to Where it All Really Started, Performs ‘AFRICAN QUEEN’ on BBC Radio 1 Xtra

Stand up people if you remember this hit single that really put 2Face on the map, globally?! In Nigeria and Africa’s contemporary music industry, it was the first time we saw synch licenses come into play when the song was used for the movie Phat Girlz. The song then became so common place here in the USA and 2Face even performed the song on national tv during the run of the Mo’Nique show. Good stuff. Check 2Face perform the song on BBC Radio 1 Extra.

Cheers,
Uduak
